Engineers sit in on discovery calls and read transcripts. We have not found a way to build good agents at a distance from the people they speak to, and we have stopped trying.
Small team, wide scope
Roles here are broader than at a larger company: fewer handoffs, more of the problem yours. That suits some people enormously and suits others not at all.
