When you fill in a form on this site, we collect what you type into it: typically your name, work email, company, phone number, your preferred time slot, and anything you write in the message box.
When you visit the site, we collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the site you came from. Where analytics or advertising cookies are used, this is described in our Cookie Policy and set only with your consent.
When you email or call us, we keep the correspondence and the details you give us in it.
If you become a customer, we hold the contact and billing details needed to run the relationship.

To reply to your enquiry and arrange demos or meetings you have asked for. To provide, support and improve our services, and to run the contract we have with you. To send service messages about things you use. To keep the site secure and working, to detect and prevent misuse, and to keep the records we are required to keep. Where you have agreed to it, to send occasional marketing about our services, which you can stop at any time.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not ask for or intentionally collect sensitive personal data through this website, so please do not send it to us in a form or an email.

When a customer uses our services to contact their own customers, we handle that contact data and the resulting records on their instructions. The customer decides what data is provided, why, and for how long it is kept, and is responsible for having the permission needed to make that contact. If you have been contacted by an agent operated on a company's behalf and want your data removed, please contact that company; if you contact us, we will pass your request to them.

We share personal data with service providers who help us run the business under contract with us and on our instructions, including hosting and cloud infrastructure, telephony and messaging providers, email and CRM tools, analytics, and professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, to establish or defend legal claims, or in connection with a reorganisation or sale of the business, in which case the recipient remains bound by this policy.

We are based in India and our providers may store or process data in other countries. Where data is transferred outside the country it was collected in, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected by appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, and then delete it or make it anonymous. Enquiries that do not become customers are kept for a limited period so we can follow up and keep a record of the contact. Customer records are kept for the life of the relationship and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Specific retention periods for data we handle for a customer are set by that customer.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including access controls, encryption in transit and limits on who inside the business can see what. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep our measures appropriate to the risk. If a breach affects your data and the law requires us to tell you, we will.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw a consent you have given. Write to connect@sprio.ai and we will get back to you. We may need to check who you are first.

Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link, and you can also reply asking to be removed. Unsubscribing stops marketing messages; we will still send messages needed to run a service you use, such as billing or security notices.

This site and our services are for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to connect@sprio.ai and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Where a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention.
