Logistics & supply chain

The delivery calls your ops team cannot keep up with, made by AI

Sprio calls the customer the moment a delivery fails, checks the address before a shipment leaves the warehouse, and books return pickups, all in Hindi and regional languages. Fewer parcels go back to origin, and your team stops dialling numbers all day.

Reads events straight from Shiprocket, Delhivery, Unicommerce, and your own OMS.

The calls that keep a delivery operation moving

Every shipment throws off small tasks that need a phone call at the right moment. Sprio makes those calls in the customer's language, so a person on your team does not have to.

🔁

Failed delivery recovery

When a courier marks an attempt failed, Sprio rings the customer within a couple of hours, fixes the address, and books a fresh slot before the parcel heads back to origin.

📍

Address check before dispatch

Calls or messages the customer to confirm the address and whether someone will be home, before a heavy or COD shipment leaves the warehouse.

đŸ’ĩ

COD confirmation

Confirms cash-on-delivery orders ahead of the run, so riders do not carry parcels the buyer never meant to accept.

↊ī¸

Return pickup scheduling

Reaches customers for reverse pickups, agrees a time window, and passes it to the field team without a coordinator on the phone.

đŸ“Ļ

Where-is-my-order replies

Answers tracking questions on WhatsApp and voice with live status, so the call centre queue thins out during a peak.

🚚

Rider and hub coordination

Calls delivery staff at the start of a shift to confirm the run, and flags the drops that need to go out first.

The same failed delivery, two outcomes

The event is identical. What changes is how fast someone reaches the customer, and whether the parcel gets a second attempt.

Without Sprio

  • ✕ A failed attempt waits in a queue until an agent has time, and often just returns to origin.
  • ✕ COD parcels go out to addresses nobody confirmed.
  • ✕ Tracking calls pile up at the call centre during every peak.
  • ✕ Return pickups slip because the customer was never reached.

With Sprio

  • ✓ The customer is called within two hours, the address is fixed, and a new slot is booked the same day.
  • ✓ COD shipments are confirmed before they leave the warehouse.
  • ✓ Tracking questions are answered in seconds on WhatsApp and voice.
  • ✓ Pickups are agreed on the first call and shared with the field team.

How it fits your delivery stack

Sprio sits on top of the systems you already run and acts on the events they produce.

1

Connect your OMS and courier feeds

Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, Unicommerce, or your own OMS. Events arrive as they happen: shipped, out for delivery, failed attempt, RTO started.

2

Set the triggers and windows

Decide which event places a call, at what hour, and in which language for each region. Your team approves the call flow before anything goes live.

3

Sprio calls and writes it back

It corrects the address, books the slot, and pushes the update to your OMS and the courier before the call ends, so the field team sees it right away.

It plugs into the couriers and tools you use

No new dashboard for your team. Sprio reads shipment events and writes outcomes back where your ops team already looks.

Questions ops teams ask before they start

How does this cut down return-to-origin?
Most parcels go back to origin because nobody reached the customer after a failed attempt, or the address was wrong from the start. Sprio calls within a couple of hours, corrects the address, and books a same-day or next-day slot, so the courier gets a real second attempt instead of sending the parcel back.
Which couriers and systems does it work with?
Sprio connects to Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, XpressBees, Shadowfax, and DTDC, along with order systems like Unicommerce and Increff. When any of them logs a delivery event, Sprio can act on it. Custom setups connect over a REST API.
Does it call in regional languages?
Yes. It speaks Hindi, Hinglish, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, and more, and it follows the customer's language during the call. That matters for last-mile, where the customer and the rider are often more comfortable in a regional language.
Can it call our own delivery staff too?
Yes. Sprio can call riders and hub staff at the start of a shift to confirm the run, read out priority drops, and collect the previous day's status, which replaces the manual morning round of calls a supervisor usually makes.
Is the outbound calling within Indian rules?
Lists are scrubbed against the TRAI DND and NDNC registries before a campaign, calls run within permitted hours, and every call is recorded with a transcript your team can export. Service calls about an active shipment follow the transactional rules under TRAI.
How long does it take to go live?
A standard failed-delivery and pickup setup is usually live within a couple of weeks. The time depends on how many courier feeds you connect. The Sprio team handles the integration and sets up the call flow, and your team signs off on the scripts.
